Our finance team is involved with every part of our business – influencing and driving the key financial and business decisions that keep our business growing.
On our Finance Team you’ll influence financial decisions that maintain and grow our business. You’ll execute core finance processes at a corporate level or provide business support to one of our functional components.
The Lilly Initial Finance Experience (LIFE) program brings new finance employees together to build skills, learn about Lilly finance, socialize, network, serve the community and demonstrate leadership skills.
