Internships are located at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis and last 10-12 weeks, from May until September. We seek top performers – those who can uphold the Lilly values and exemplify our global standards of leadership. Then we match you with projects based on our business needs and your skills and interests.

As a Lilly intern, you’ll be working on meaningful projects at one of the world's top pharmaceutical companies. You’ll meet and interact with Lilly executives and participate in Lilly courses especially designed to help students learn specific, targeted skills. Lilly is committed to working with academic institutions to identify and attract top talent to fill open positions in response to our business needs.

Lilly works with various targeted schools to conduct on-campus interviews in a variety of discipline areas. We invite you to check the recruiting event schedule for your area of interest to determine if we will be visiting your campus. If we are not visiting your school, please search through the open campus positions and submit your resume directly online.

We begin our search for campus talent in the fall and conclude our search in the spring or until we fill our intern class – whichever comes first.
