With career and community resources such as career assessment tools and best practices, success at Lilly is in your hands.
Educational Assistance
Education and Lilly go hand-in-hand. We believe that continuous learning is a vital component of personal and professional growth. For employees interested in continuing their education, Lilly reimburses tuition up to specified predetermined limits for successful completion of approved job or career related courses. And, for coursework taken at accredited institutions for non-related job functions, Lilly will reimburse 50% of tuition up to $100 per course.
